USA: LA FTC AGGIORNA L’HEALTH BREACH NOTIFICATION RULE (HBNR)
La Federal Trade Commission ha annunciato di aver finalizzato le modifiche alla Health Breach Notification Rule (HBNR) che rafforzeranno e modernizzeranno la norma, chiarendo la sua applicabilità alle app sanitarie e ad altre tecnologie simili e ampliando le informazioni da fornire ai consumatori in relazione a violazioni dei loro dati sanitari.

The Federal Trade Commission announced it has finalized changes to the Health Breach Notification Rule (HBNR) that will strengthen and modernize the rule by clarifying its applicability to health apps and other similar technologies and expanding the information that covered entities must provide to consumers when notifying them of a breach of their health data.
UK: CMA PUBLISHES REPORT ON GOOGLE SANDBOX PRIVACY
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published the updated Q1 2024 report on the implementation of Google LLC’s commitment to resolve competition concerns regarding the removal of third-party cookies and other features from its Chrome browser and to replace them with a Privacy Sandbox setting.
