HONG KONG: LA DPA SI PRONUNCIA SULLE TARIFFE RELATIVE ALLE ISTANZA DI ACCESSO AI DATI
Il Garante per la privacy di Hong Kong ha completato le indagini su quattro casi di reclami relativi a tariffe eccessive imposte dall’Autorità per gli esami e la valutazione di Hong Kong per l’accesso ai registri delle valutazioni e agli elaborati d’esame e ha riscontrato che le accuse erano prive di fondamento.

Hong Kong’s privacy watchdog completed its investigations into four cases of complaints about excessive fees imposed by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority for accessing marking records and examination scripts and found that the allegations were unsubstantiated.
