Il protocollo garantirà una maggiore certezza giuridica, assicurando che i flussi di dati tra l’UE e il Giappone non siano ostacolati da misure ingiustificate di localizzazione dei dati e il beneficio della libera circolazione dei dati secondo le norme dell’UE e del Giappone sulla protezione dei dati e sull’economia digitale.
FRANCIA: LA CNIL INTRODUCE UNO STRUMENTO DI AUTOVALUTAZIONE PER LE NORME VINCOLANTI DI IMPRESA (BCR)
Per sostenere i gruppi che desiderano attuare le BCR, la CNIL fornisce loro uno strumento che consente di testare personalmente il livello di maturità del loro progetto rispetto ai requisiti degli standard BCR adottati dal Comitato europeo per la protezione dei dati (GEPD).

FRANCE: THE CNIL INTRODUCES A SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR BINDING CORPORATE STANDARDS (BCR)
In order to support groups wishing to implement BCRs, the CNIL provides a tool that allows them to check the level of maturity of their project against the requirements of the BCR standards adopted by the European Data Protection Board (EDPS).
